Mitch leads Southledge Capital, where he oversees project acquisitions, partnership creation, and asset performance. Over more than a decade of experience in real estate and operations, Mitch has developed a passion for helping operators achieve their goals in the business lane they are in.

Starting his real estate experience in Minneapolis, MN, Mitch helped lead stabilized, newly acquired, and lease-up communities across a 23-state portfolio while overseeing tax credit compliance and developing the teams behind them. Prior to Southledge Capital, Mitch was the Chief Operating Officer of Newell Development in Bentonville, Arkansas, where Mitch led the firm's development pipeline and built its in-house management operations from the ground up.

Through Southledge Capital, Mitch invests in and operates multifamily properties and operating companies across multiple industries, bringing capital, guidance, and leadership to the people building them.
